TerraPages offers consumers innovative and simple to use Location Based Services products. These products all rely on the telecommunication's carrier networks and billing systems to micro bill the consumer either by subscription or transaction.

Most of the TerraPages consumer and retail products operate on multiple mobile handsets and wireless internet enabled PDA's. Some products will operate on the traditional internet enabled desktop computers.

197HOUSE

197HOUSE is a Premium House Sale Price Service. Currently available in NSW, it can deliver consumers with House Sale Prices instantly via most Australian mobile phones. 197HOUSE customers also have access to a TerraPages Static Map centred around the property of their last successful Sale Price enquiry via their internet enabled GPRS/3G/CDMA or other carrier network enabled Mobile Phone. Provided your phone has a browser that can browse and retrieve an image via http: links you will be able to retrieve your map directly to your phone by following the "map link "URL returned to your phone after sending an SMS with the letter "m" (note without quotes) to 197house. You will also be able to retrieve this map image from a desktop based internet browser the same way.

Have you ever been lost and unable to ask anyone for directions?

Now you can always find yourself using your mobile phone and SMS!

To use this service, simply SMS the nearest street address to you to 1976MAPS, and we'll send you back a link to a map of where you are.

1976MAPS is a premium SMS service that enables customers to request a map by sending an SMS to 1976MAPS with a full or partial property address for just 55cents.

This service will send back the URL to a static map centred around the property address or the street or the suburb depending on what level of geocoding was achieved.

Mobile Phone Portal

In the near future TerraPages will launch a version of its popular desktop TerraPortal Online product for 3G and i-mode enabled internet phones that can render XHTML/HTML pages. If the user logs in then they will see the same personalised data lists that appear on their desktop version.

197house puts the power back into the purchaser's palm - when you're out hunting for houses. Or when you just want to know what that house sold for.

Simply send an SMS message with the full address of the property you're interested in to 197house (19746873) and our "197house search engine" technology will send you back the last sale price from the past 10 years. If the house has not been sold in the last 10 years you will be sent the two most recent sales in same street.
