Our mapping data is the latest available from the Australian Government Mapping Agency (PSMA) and covers the whole of Australia. It is updated every three months and contains not only street information, but property boundaries and places of interest such as police stations, hospitals, churches and schools.
To convert your address into a map or geographic location we use the Australian Government's G-NAF (Geocoded National Address File) database which is the authorative address index for Australia. Containing state, suburb, street, number and co-ordinate reference or geocode for street addresses. G-NAF uses the existing and recognised address sources including the state and territory Government land records. Through a rigorous process involving textual address comparison, matching and geospacial validation, both national consistency and national coverage have been achieved to previously unattainable levels.
